Wedding Planning
We can plan out your entire wedding and provide the staff to coordinate the entire day. We can assist the bride in all aspects of planning their weddings. We can provide advice and assistance with aquiring attire, invitations, decorations, music, food, and other aspects of the wedding. Fee's vary.
Event Planning
Our professional staff can plan a festival, ceremony, competition, party, or convention. Including such activities as budgeting, establishing dates and alternate dates, selecting and reserving the event site, acquiring permits, and coordinating transportation and parking. We can also develop themes or motifs for the event, arrange for speakers and alternate speakers, coordinate location support (such as electricity and other utilities), arranging decor, tables, chairs, tents, event support and security, catering, police, fire, portable toilets, parking, signage, emergency plans, health care professionals, and cleanup. Fee's vary.
Bartending Services
Aardvark's Party Rentals can provide you with fully licensed bartenders for you event. We will dress for the occasion as well, tuxes or surf shirts to accommodate your theme. Fee's vary.
