The first annual Lucky Teter Rebel Run Car Show. Saturday, September 11 at Forest Park. Lucky Teter was a daredevil from Noblesville. In the late 1930s and early 40s he owned a traveling stunt show, "Lucky Teter and his Hell Drivers." They performed at many county fairs and functions throughout the country. Registration begins at 9:00 am with the show starting at Noon til 3:00 pm. $10.00 Entry fee. Dash plaques given for the first 150 entries. Trophies, t-shirts, good music, food and fun. The Jim Dandy Lucky Teter Rev Up. A pre-show on September 10 for the Lucky Teter Rebel Run Car Show -- Friday Night Cruise In at Jim Dandy, 2301 Conner Street in Noblesville. Cruise in for curb-side service, 6:00-10:00pm, Friday, September 10.

Saturday's - Saxony Market. Saxony Market, located at 131st & Olio Road offers a garden center and fresh produce from a variety of vendors, along with specialty items including coffee, gourmet cookies, scones and baked goods. The Market will remain open throughout the summer and fall from 8am - 1pm, Saturday's.

Store Policies

Delivery and Pickup: We will work with you as much as possible to deliver or pickup equipment. Some conflicts may occur and it is best to establish a delivery and pickup time when you reserve your equipment (morning or afternoon). Costs for pickup and delivery vary depending on the volume of equipment ordered and location of the event. Our delivery prices are very reasonable and are based on zip code area.  Give us a call and we'll give you the delivery fee for your specific area.

Delivery is a tailgate service only. We deliver in a box truck as close to the event premise as possible and rental equipment will be unloaded at that point. The client is then responsible for getting the equipment to the final point of use. Pickup is at the same location where we dropped the equipment. The client is responsible for having all rental items ready to be picked up at the drop off point.

If you need us to deliver and/or pickup equipment inside a building, to a location at the back of the house, or up/down stairs, additional charges will apply and will depend on type of equipment, quantity of equipment and difficultly in accessing the desired location.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE IS OUR DELIVERY CREW REQUIRED TO DELIVER OR PICKUP EQUIPMENT THAT INVOLVES STAIRS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH AARDVARK'S.

Exact time deliveries, surprise party deliveries, deliveries and pickups outside of our normal business hours will entail additional charges.

Pickup / Delivery does not include setup or teardown.

Setup and Teardown:
There isan additional fee for setup and/or teardown of rental equipment.  Please let us know if you need this service and we will quote you a price.  Pricing for some equipment already includes setup and teardown.  If in doubt, please ask.

Hours of Operation: The normal store hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 8am to noon on Saturday from May 1st to October 31st. From November 1st to April 30th our normal hours are 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday and 8am to noon on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday all year long.

Use & Time: Our equipment is rented by time out, not by time used. Equipment not used when rented will carry the same charge as equipment that is used.

Pricing: Our pricing on most items is for a 24 hour period unless otherwise specified. Weekly rates are three times the daily rate. Monthly rates are three times the weekly rate. Longer rentals are negotiable.

Equipment: The equipment you rent from us is clean and in good working order. We expect the equipment to be returned in the same condition as when you received it.  If equipment is returned heavily soiled, we will charge you $10.00 an hour to clean such equipment plus any applicable supplies we need to return the equipment to the state it was in when you rented it. Additionally, any equipment that is returned damaged will be repaired at the going cost.

Damage to Rented Equipment: You are responsible for damage to or destruction of rented equipment. Homeowners or commercial insurance normally will cover any damage to rented equipment but you should check with your insurance agent to be sure.

Damage Waiver:  A seven percent (7%) non-refundable damage waiver fee is added for all rental equipment. The damage waiver fee is used to cover cleaning and/or minor repairs.  Minor damage is defined as damage that can be repaired within the 7% fee that was charged for that item. Any repairs greater than this are customer's responsibility.  The damage waiver is not insurance. The damage waiver does not absolve you of the responsibility of paying for damage done to our equipment while it is in your possession. We have the right to pursue payment from you or your insurance carrier. Please refer to the contract for specifics.

Security Deposit: We do not require a security deposit. however we do require a valid, active credit card to reserve an order.  You can send us the credit card number by mail, call it in or email it to us via our website. The credit card is used in lieu of a cash security deposit.

We will check for a pre-approved amount but will not charge the order to your card unless and until you authorize us to do so. If the credit card is not valid, the order will not be placed and we will not contact you about the card. It is your responsibility to make sure the credit card that you give us is in fact valid and active.

There are no exceptions to this policy, please do not ask us to make one.

Payment: We require a credit card number in order to reserve equipment and payment is expected in full at time of delivery. You may pay with the credit card we have on file, by cash, check or other credit card. Payment is due AT TIME OF DELIVERY. Credit will not be extended unless a credit application has been completed and processed (allow six weeks for processing).

Accounts: If you wish to establish an ongoing account with us, please let us know and we will provide a credit application. Ongoing accounts are usually for caterers, churches, schools, benevolent organizations and businesses.

Changes in your order: We will not charge a change fee but will endeavor to work with you on any changes in equipment that you might need. Please understand that some changes may not be possible.

Instructions: Some rental items require us to provide verbal instructions. Please allow us the time to go through any that may apply to your order at time of delivery.
